Zyphr Systems Private Limited ("Safari Intelligence", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of advisors, clients, and visitors who use our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable SEBI regulations.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, PAN, EUIN, ARN, firm details provided during registration.
• Client Data: Client names, risk profiles, portfolio holdings, investment goals, KYC status as entered by advisors.
• Financial Data: Mutual fund NAV data, portfolio allocations, transaction history, billing records.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type.
• Consent Records: Records of policy acceptances, timestamps, and surface of acceptance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Safari Intelligence advisory platform
• Generate portfolio recommendations and compliance checks
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Communicate service updates and regulatory notices
• Maintain audit trails as required by SEBI and AMFI regulations
• Improve platform features and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located in India. We employ encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and append-only audit logging. Sensitive financial data is never stored in plain text where avoidable.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) regulatory authorities as required by law; (b) service providers who assist in platform operations under strict contractual obligations; (c) as required by court orders or legal processes.

5. Data Retention

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@zyphrsystems.com. Deletion requests are subject to regulatory retention requirements.

7. Grievance Officer

For privacy concerns, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@zyphrsystems.com. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email and platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes require re-acceptance.
